BEUHub ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide while using our app.
BEUHub uses Firebase Authentication for user login. Users must register/login to upload PDFs. The only personal information collected is the email and password for Firebase login. This information is securely stored by Firebase and not shared with third parties.
For the Result Checker section, users enter their Registration Number to fetch results from the official BEU website.
When a PDF is uploaded, its metadata (e.g., filename, upload date, uploader email) is automatically updated in a Google Sheet for app management purposes. This data is not shared outside the app.
No personal data is stored long-term. Registration Numbers used in Result Checker are cleared immediately after results are displayed. PDFs are stored in Google Drive only; login credentials remain secure in Firebase.
BEUHub does not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties. Links to external websites (NPTEL, AICTE, Telegram, etc.) are for reference only. Uploaded PDFs are shared only within the app for educational purposes.
BEUHub does not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising SDKs to track users. User activity is not monitored for marketing purposes.
Users are responsible for the content they upload. All uploaded content is labeled “Student-contributed” in the app. BEUHub is not responsible for misuse of the upload feature.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
